I've actually come to like this. I was a old version guy. But I love the fact that it will also read it out loud. I solved the issue of it going back to the beginning of the book when I turn my phone by setting it permanently on Portrait mode. Pissed me off at first but I finally got it. My only question is if there will be anymore voices added for it to read from. That and it would be cool to be able to edit pronunciation of words.

This app is great in terms of the look, text, clearness, settings and highlight effects. But I've ran into issues with me trying to highlight things. The highlighter will jump from where you're trying to highlight to somewhere else and sometimes if you try to highlight the top area of a page and then drag it through the sentence it will jump back a page or two and have all the previous pages highlighted as well. This issue occurs every two or three pages. Fix this and everything will be perfect.

Added unneeded bells and whistles, removed features I really liked, works much slower, and in a response to another post, the aldiko creaters stated that they desired to slowly roll out functionality. As if no one likes a completely functional program right off the bat. More like, they made a deal with a bookseller and wanted to roll out a new version to support buying books, but they did it before they finished this version. I have aldiko classic on my other phone, and plan to keep it.
